Baiken: Redesign
This is an old personal project for a Fighting Game Character Redesign contest from the CG Society days (RIP) I chose my favorite Femme Fatal from the Guilty Gear series, Baiken. My aim here was to expand my knowledge and workflow for designing characters.
I wanted to maintain her bad ass attitude while lending her more of a sense of history. Every detail is a chance to further tell a characters story. Looking back, there are many things I’d like to go back and change, but I’m still proud of what I was able to learn and accomplish here.
